Do I have to be at every session? How long are they?
Each session is one hour, and will be recorded. With that being said, if you don’t join you’ll be missing out on the interactive parts of the course / the ability to ask questions. Joining live is highly recommended - but the slides and recording will be provided post course completion.
Will I be an ICHRA expert after finishing this course?
Yes and no - this course will provide a strong foundation in ICHRA, including how it works, how to assess its fit for an organization, and what future policy changes may bring. However, there are additional nuances that won’t be covered, and the landscape is evolving rapidly. We encourage you to refer back to this course and continue learning to stay ahead in this space.
Is there a lot of work?
We offer quizzes and interactive exercises, including a take-home activity on employee classing - but all materials are optional.
You can simply listen to the lectures, but we recommend engaging with the exercises for a deeper understanding.
